It has been three long years since 26 year old Daniel Merriweather swapped the streets of Melbourne and his native Australia for the cosmopolitan bustle of Manhattan, downtown NYC. Daniel is currently working on his debut album Love and War ; which will feature production from Ronson . It will be released through Marlin Records in Australia and Allido Records (distributed through J Records ) in the U.S in April 2009 (according to Daniel's announcement on Mark Ronson's East Village Radio show...

Oasis @ Electric Proms 2008

Oasis closed the BBC Electric Proms at the London Roundhouse, attracting a star studded audience - Daniel Craig, Joe Cole, Russell Brand, Ralph Little..... They played favourites such as Wonderwall and Don't Look Back In Anger, the 5 piece band from Manchester used the Crouch End Festival Chorus for 6 songs. The band wrapped up the show with their cover of The Beatles classic I Am The Walrus.
