A nervous Peter Andre was lucky to escape serious injury after his big comeback at Channel 4's T4 On The Beach fell a little flat. The singer suffered an embarrassing fall from the stage while performing his new song Behind Closed Doors. The Mysterious Girl star lost his footing while singing to a capacity crowd at the T4 festival on the beach in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
