UK's favourite Olympic Champions unveiled

The National Lottery has unveiled the UK's favourite Olympic Champions on a new Scratchcard raising funds for London 2012. 1500m legends mark 1,500 days to go

Two of Britain's great 1,500m runners joined forces to mark 1,500 days to go to the London 2012 Games. Seb Coe (1,500m gold medallist winner at the Moscow 1980 and Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games) and Steve Cram (silver medallist at Los Angeles 1984) lined up with young 1500m runners from the Tynedale Harriers Athletics Club in Hexham, North East England to celebrate the occasion. London 2012 has issued a statement on the London Mayoral elections, held on Thursday 1 May
