ODA sets out new community commitments

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) today set out ten new community commitments to help reduce the impact of construction activity on the surrounding community as work on the Olympic Park moves forward into the ‘big build’ phase. Health and safety education goes to the top of the class

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) is rolling out a health and safety programme to over 1,500 children from schools within the five Host Boroughs - Hackney, Greenwich, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. Local children’s artwork displayed around Olympic Park

ODA Chief Executive David Higgins praised children and young people from east London yesterday for their artwork which they unveiled on hoardings on the Hackney Wick towpath.
